Pakistan grows some of the world's most sought-after rice, and mills a full breadth of flours and grains behind it. We trade the whole spectrum — from aged basmati bought against grain-length and moisture specification, to the atta, semolina and vermicelli that anchor a South Asian grocery aisle.
Basmati is bought on crop year, grain length and ageing, never on a photograph. Milled lines are specified for extraction, ash and granulation, and every lot travels with its certificate of analysis.
