Nothing is bought from a description. Grade, particle size, moisture, cleanliness and packing are agreed in writing before sourcing begins.
Each lot travels with its certificate of analysis. No certificate, no shipment — regardless of programme or deadline pressure.
We commission independent testing to verify supplier documentation, on a sampling plan agreed with each buyer.
Source, processor, packer, vessel and warehouse — recorded for every consignment, so a claim about origin is a record, not a slogan.
Labelling, food business obligations and recall readiness are built into the trade from day one — not retrofitted after a problem.
